About
Meet Dylan Fowler
REALTOR® | Broker • Wilmington, North Carolina
Hi, I'm Dylan!
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, I eventually found my way to Wilmington, and it didn't take long for coastal North Carolina to feel like home.
My path into real estate wasn't exactly traditional. Four years ago, I joined Sold Buy the Sea Realty as an office manager with no real estate experience. I learned the business from the inside out, working with listings, contracts, transactions, and the countless details that keep a deal moving. That experience eventually led me to earn my North Carolina real estate license and become a full-service broker.
Today, I'm building my business with a simple goal: to become a trusted local agent known for exceptional service and exceptional marketing.
I've earned my FAA Part 107 certification and invested in professional photography and videography equipment so I can personally create cinematic grounded and aerial content for my listings. I believe great marketing should make people stop scrolling, and give buyers a reason to see a property in person.
Just as importantly, when you work with me, you're working directly with me. I'll answer the phone, show the houses, write the offers, negotiate on your behalf, and stay involved from our first conversation through the closing table.
I'm young, I'm hungry, and I'm building this business for the long haul. Whether you're buying your first home, searching for your next one, or preparing to sell, my goal is to provide honest guidance, strong representation, and an experience you can feel confident about.
I'm proud to call Wilmington home, and I'd be honored to help you with whatever comes next.

Brokered by
Sold Buy the Sea Realty
I'm proud to be a broker with Sold Buy the Sea Realty, a coastal North Carolina brokerage based in Wilmington. It's the company that gave me my start in real estate, trusted me with the opportunity to learn the business from the inside, and supported me as I earned my broker's license.
Today, I bring that experience forward into my own business while continuing to work under a local brokerage that knows the market and the communities we serve.
How I work
What you can count on
I Tell You What I Really Think.
If the price is too high, I'll show you why. If the house you're considering isn't a good fit, I'll tell you. If you're about to spend money on a repair that won't improve your position, I'll say so. And if the best move is to wait, I'll tell you that too. Good representation isn't agreeing with everything you say. It's helping you make a better decision.
I Look for the Better Deal.
I've always enjoyed finding value. Whether I was flipping furniture and motorcycles before real estate or negotiating a purchase today, I like figuring out where the opportunity is. In real estate, that means understanding what matters to the other side and using that knowledge to protect your money and your goals.
I Stay Calm When Things Get Complicated.
Real estate transactions can get stressful. Inspections uncover problems. Appraisals miss the mark. Negotiations change direction. When something goes sideways, my job isn't to panic. It is to explain what happened, lay out the options, and help you decide the smartest way forward.
Let's talk about your move
Buying, selling, investing, or just trying to figure out what's next? You don't need to have everything figured out before you call. Tell me what you're considering and we'll start there.
